Not comfortable

Absolutely beautiful shoes but not functional. Extremely uncomfortable. Wore them for maybe 15 mins and had to take them off. Very hard and rigid.

Beautiful & elegant shoe. Very narrow at the top. I had to buy a shoe stretcher or else I wouldn't have been able to wear them. I love them!

odd sizing

Very narrow. I bought a 7.5 & an 8 online. The 7.5 was too small and the size 8 pinched the pinky toe on my right foot. Both boxes of shoes looked like they had been worn & returned because there was wear and damage to the heels and the box top and were missing the extra stones they are in a clear bag taped to the inside lid. I usually wear a 7.5 M and had to size up to an 8 but had to try on 3 different pairs of size 8’s and get a left shoe from one box and a right shoe from another because the right shoe was bigger in one box. I got that shoe and kept walking right out of the back but kept it because it didn’t pinch my pinky toe. I put a “heel grip” in the back. When I went in person to the store, I asked the associate to get me a pair of 8’s that I DID not return and he brought me the same shoes in an entirely different box thinking I would not notice. There was a clear bag of stones that go to a completely different model of Betsey Johnson shoe. I recommend sizing up at least half

Walk with flats as a back up.

Very Elegant, but extremely uncomfortable when worn for more than 1 hour and I was literally sitting at a dinner table.

gorgeous shoes run very small

These are the most gorgeous shoes!!! Blew me away the gold is a nice soft cold color goes perfect with my dress. The issue is the sizing I wear a 5.5/6 it was a struggle to get the 6.5 on and then they were to tight. I needed a 7! You have to size up a whole size with the d"orsay style they always run small. I was happy they were on sale. I might get the silver too.
