Order was cancelled, very disappointed

First of all, why have a great sale & promote it to just cancel the order after purchase? Then send a 25% coupon to my email just to have the item off the website! I was teased, tantalized, and taunted. Just to have the rug RIPPED right under me. I would not recommend macys, very unprofessional from their end & didn’t even explain why they were cancelling my order.

Never Received

I ordered the bag while it was on sale and got an email stating it was sold out. Whenever I try to reach out to Macy's customer service, I never get a response.
