Total failure

Both the original pair and replacement pair were defective. The efforts from shopping for, ordering, returning, re-ordering and returning was a total waste of errors and time.

Super cute, quality not so great

I received these as a Christmas gift and I really loved them. For the brand I expected them to be a higher quality. Many of the crystals have fallen off on one of the earrings. Unfortunately the manufacturer won't replace just one earring. I'm not buying them again but they are cute. I wish more products were made with quality in mind!
