Terrible quality for the price

I ordered one of these when they were on sale for half off. It arrived with the paint all scratched up on the sides. Returned for an exchange. Just got the new one, arrived with half the rhinestones that fell out already! it was well packaged in a box with lots of padding, it could not have been caused by shipping. Just cheaply made.
