Ordered this Betsey Johnson Nikki Embroidered Slingback Evening Pump in a size 7 online. Chose to hold onto shoe before returning and reordered a size 6 1/2 to see if this was a better fit. This was for a wedding. The 61/2 was a much better fit even though my usual size is a 7. Beautiful shoe and has a very comfortable footbed. My salesgirl, Farkhunda, was extremely helpful and suggested to hold on to the size 7 until I received the size 6 1/2. She was delightful! I will be looking for her instore in the future. Macy's in the Moreno Valley Mall.

return shoes

I can't return my shoes to a Macy's store in Lafayette, La. which is closed. I wasn't told that the store was completely closed online when I was told to return my shoes to Macy's nearest one to me. The nearest Macy's is 68 miles away from me. I need a return label to ship my shoes back from online ordered. The above shoe heels too high for a 74 yrs old woman. Please help me return the above shoes.
