return shoes

I can't return my shoes to a Macy's store in Lafayette, La. which is closed. I wasn't told that the store was completely closed online when I was told to return my shoes to Macy's nearest one to me. The nearest Macy's is 68 miles away from me. I need a return label to ship my shoes back from online ordered. The above shoe heels too high for a 74 yrs old woman. Please help me return the above shoes.

Strap snapped first time wearing

They are such beautiful heels. I couldn’t wait to wear them! I’m usually between a size 8-9. I got a size 9 and they were very narrow and tight. I took one step and the strap snapped off. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing them. I expected higher quality.
