Dependable and beautiful hardshell luggage

I have the carry-on Heart by Betsy as well. It has been my go-to for four years and has held up very well with no disappointment!

Great Luggage, except...

STYLE. Easy to find when on the luggage belt. My largest piece out of the set, the wheels kept sticking causing me to drag and it almost made me fall several times because of this. Other than that the other two pieces worked well. For the price, it should not have had any issues or defective and I cant replace/return

Excellent Beautiful and Durable so far

Love this luggage. Bought two pieces this size. It has held up to two international trips and 3 domestic. Would definitely purchase again. And oh the compliments are never ending. World traveler.

Not worth the money

I already posted a ONE star review on this bag but it has magically disappeared. I bought this bag for my first overseas trip. The wheels kept getting stuck so it was impossible to roll smoothly. In the Paris train station, the zipper just broke and all my stuff started falling out of it. Also the handle is too short. I also purchased the carry on size and did not have any problems with that one.
