The first time we used a wheel fell off. Manufacturer didn't help Macy's didn't help. I wouldn't even give it one star.

Suitcase is nice looking and appears to be well built. The inside zipper is good to keep things in place. I was looking for a suitcase that stands out and easy to find when the suitcases are coming down the baggage claim!

I purchased this bag about 2 1/2 years ago and initially loved it. It’s unique, holds a lot, and is easy to spot in a crowd. However, I noticed early on that the seam near the zipper started coming apart, which made me worry the zipper would fail entirely. Despite this issue, I used the bag a handful of times, but after just five long-haul trips, the zipper is now barely functional, it gets stuck and it's ready to rip off entirely. I never had a zipper come off a bag like this. I’ve had to replace with a new bag entirely. I was careful not to overfill the bag, so it was disappointing to see the zipper ripping after only three uses. Additionally, the wheels can be frustrating, as they don’t rotate in all directions, making the bag hard to maneuver at times.

One corner collapsed on the first to light. Second corner busted open on second flight....not strong enough to handle airport handling.

Thin and flimey. Would not do well for air travel. Most likely will crack or break if something hits it or put on top of it

It is cute but super flimsy. If another suitcase was tossed on top at the airport, I am pretty sure this suitcase would crack or break, especially if it was not completely full/stuffed. I bought two sizes for travel and both are the same thin shell. In addition to that, one was soaking wet on the inside of the suitcase, and stuffed in a plastic bag, then put in the box to ship to me. Would NOT recommend if you plan on air travel. Giving 2 stars just because it is cute and hopefully will travel well in my SUV.

Cheap plastic, I can push it in with my pinky. This will surely bust or cave in the first time it’s used. Worst quality for suitcase material!! Buyer beware!
