Disappointed.

I’m disappointed with product. The back support piece was set up wrong. I had to drill new holes, because placement of holes would not line up with the base.

Excellent Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this lounger/love seat. Perfect size. The fabric for the cushions are great quality as well as the frame. I have to say though it took me a little longer than the 30 min time frame but it's not difficult. Also, note that the customer service went above and beyond to help me get my order figured out because it was a tangled mess. They were so patient and understanding when I'm sure they wanted to strangle me lol. Just teasing. Customer service was amazing though. I have bought from this company before and their products are very well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good: quality product, comfortable, good size, customer service, plenty of leg room Could improve: accuracy of parts matching pictures in manual, making sure product is made accurately (holes weren't drilled wide enough, doesn't lay flat) Love sitting on it on my screened in porch while reading!

Great and unique futon

I love this futon! It’s different in that it folds on the sides; I think this makes it much better for floor space. It’s marketed as an outdoor futon but I have it in my log cabin and it looks way better than the “office” looking futons I saw in stores.

I absolutely love this sofa.

I absolutely love this sofa. It’s cozy and comfortable. I can sit and visit or I can lie and take a comfortable nap, We have had a lot of rain recently and the water just rolls off. A quick wipe with a towel and it’s dry. I do wish the legs were a little longer. It’s sits pretty low to the ground for these old bones..

The cushions are typical outdoor

The cushions are typical outdoor fabric but are very comfortable. The seat is just the perfect size for my sick husband who needs to rest but wants to be outside watching the grand kids. Perfect for the small space we have to put it in.
