Smooth application LOVE the brown

Isn’t smudge proof

I have very sensitive eyes that easily get watery. I have been using the same eyeliners for years that I knew worked for me. Need to make sure it lasts all day and I do not end up with raccoon eyes. Needless to say I used this day one with a new mascara as well and thought it was a one time thing. Used it alone with my normal mascara and it still smudged onto my eye eyelids and under my eyes. Used the mascara with this eyeliner and no raccoon eyes. For me the eyeliner does not stay put. I would not suggest this for anyone that possibly has oily skin and or has eyes that water easily.
