Poor quality, won't last more than 2 trips

Really unfortunate, the luggage isn't made to last. The zipper broke after first use. The wheels also broke after 2 trips. What a waste of money.

Handle Broke right out the box

We took advantage of Macy’s sell on luggage, ordered 3 sets, received it and let it sit in the box until we were ready to use them. This particular set once loaded with our clothes for local travel, my husband pulled the handle and the handle came out. He can’t figure out how to attach it. While this luggage was on sell it was still pretty pricey. We’re very disappointed that this set was defected and now stuck with it because we’re outside of the return window.

Ok Value

Not bad for the price. The shells are a little fhinner than anticipated & the handle on the smallest one is a bit shorter than i would like.

Case broke

I have been heartbroken over this luggage set. In about 18 months the zipper on the big case broke. Then the top of the middle case seemed to have crystalized and broke, almost like a crack first then a full break. I have still been using the middle size and the carry on, but each time I see, them feel very sad. It took a little saving on my part to get the set, so naturally I feel cheated.

cheap material

I purchased Ben Sherman Nottingham 3 piece lightweight travel luggage set for my vacation. One of the bag handle broke on my very first trip. Handle came off. When I came back from my vacation I contacted Macy’s. Macy’s told me to call Ben Sherman helpline I tried calling Ben Sherman customer service helpline they gave me run around. Ben Sherman told me to call someone else. Overall cheap material luggage set. Didn’t like it don’t recommend it.
