Sent the wrong thing

I recieved this package completely wrong i wanted a 7mm pearls and got 8mm. The difference is incredibly noticeable. this is not the first time i hear that macys ships the wrong thing. Do better.

They are beautiful and all slightly different. I was disappointed that the packaging was different as some came in gift boxes and others did not. I'm certain the recipients will love them.

Broke in 4 months

Pearl broke away from post in 4 months, expected better quality from Macy’s. These were not worn in water.
