Poor quality clasp

This bracelet has a clasp that is almost impossible to close. I’m going to have to pay a jeweler for a better clasp. So disappointed on Christmas Day

The picture shown was extremely deceiving… I received a bracelet with oval pearls. I had to return it.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRACELET

I received this bracelet, along with the matching necklace and the earrings, from my husband as a gift. The set looks beautiful. Both the necklace and the bracelet were near impossible to put on. I needed the assistance of my husband to get them on. The very first time I wore them, the bracelet came off. My husband reattached it and it came off again later and I lost it because I was unaware. I'm so disappointed, because I see that several other people had the same issue and the clasp was not replaced. Why continue to sell a product that you know is flawed? I'm very disappointed!
