Very pretty but…

The same thing happened to me like other customers. I got them on a special price and wore them only once and the pearls for one earring came out. It’s a shame for such pretty and expensive earrings. Macy’s should offer repairs for their customers.

Lovely earrings! but...

They are lovely, the design the weight, the pearls, the shine, my dear husband bought them for my birthday, I was so in love with them, but not even a month and one earring the bottom pearl came off? Thank goodness I found it in my blouse's pocket, Is it because we got them on special price? So when is black Friday the quality is different? I don't want to return them they're lovely, but they are not well finished...
