a Rip off

I ordered this item and it was never received. In fact , there was a “back-dated” note that it was delivered. Another words. When I checked on 12/24 , the information stated that the dress had not yet been delivered. Then I received a bill for it. Upon looking back again at the order the undelivered was changed to “delivered in 12/12. I’m not sure how the product went from not delivered to delivered 13 days previous. I am hoping that Belle and Bloom or Macys will eventually issue a refund.
