Horrible experience

More than a month to get it. Once I got it. It was short. Very horrible material. They won’t refund yet. It’s been 1 month since return. Do not but this!!!!

So glad I purchased this, i get so many compliments each time I wear it. It is very flattering and elevates any outfit. I bought this for more casual outings where my long coast is too much.

Never buy from this company

I returned it but they don't refund my money back even they get the item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is not sold by Macy's so Macy's never care about the return.

Scam

I ordered this on Jan.20. The order remained untrackable until Feb. 5, when I called macys customer service. The agent assured a full refund, which I haven't gotten. Then I call again today and another agent says they can't refund me, but they have to contact the seller again and wait for them to refund me. This disgusting!

Figure-flattering!

Sooo cute! I’m 5 feet 115 lbs. and, this coat looks so nice on me. I love the belt, ties everything together. Warm and comfy. I’m thinking of purchasing the blue color as well. It’s a keeper for sure!
