I love it

This is my favorite coat, I have it in black! It is very warm and made of excellent material. It is a little bit heavy but worth it.

Bad customer service, not accurate description

Items never arrived though they marked it delivered and seller is third party not Macy’s Macy’s wasn’t able to do anything and seller was not helpful at all. Will never purchase this brand again.
