Never received my package. Never got my Boots

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, MY BOOTS. TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE IS TO BE DELIVERED FEBRUARY 21. IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 28TH. TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF COURSE NO HELP. THEY'RE LOCATED IN THE PHILIPPINES OFF SHORE. I TRIED CALLING TWO STORE LOCATIONS. NO ONE ANSWERS. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

These boots are so cute! Well made, and very comfortable. I bought two pairs one in black and the other in light brown. They look great with jeans! I was able to get them at a geat price on sale.

heel is so narrow

First pair of boots/shoes i ever owned that I couldn't get my foot in because of the heel. It's SO narrow. Never came across this before. Don't buy
