Was cracked already

This came broken the inner pot was broken up. No soon as we open the box and then the plastic you could see it was cracked in several areas. We never even pulled the container out of the box. This was a gift. That never made it to the person I purchased it for. The first one I purchase was also had a cracked inner pot too.

Works great & super easy to use.

Works great & nice & simple. I don't need something with a lot of buttons that I never use, just the simplicity of what this perfect slow cooker does. It works great! The customer service at Macy's was good too. It's so nice to work with real people instead of a computer.
