Reads more like an ad.

This book feels more like propaganda from a cult than a self help book. It’s littered with self congratulatory garbage and ads for his workshops. After reading this, I would not trust Joe Dispenza. There are interesting theories and some good advice, but it feels like a marketing ploy. Very disappointed. If you read this Joe, please meditate on your desire for money, and how much it controls you.
