Was not the same dress in photo

The dress that was delivered to me didn't have the unique bell sleeves at the cuff. It also didn't have the same deep turtleneck collar. It was a much shorter collar that what is featured in the photo on the Macy's website. The fit is fine, but the unique characteristics that are on the website weren't on the dress that was delivered to me. The item number on the tag matched the item number on the website - so this is a very bizarre mix-up by Bebe since it is shipped from the vendor.

So SMALL!

This runs SO SMALL!!! I ordered a small, I usually wear a size 4/ small. The armholes are so tight and binding that there is absolutely no way I can wear it. It was also like a tight bandage across my chest. I have no idea what size I could wear. So disappointed because I wanted to wear it for the holidays.
