My bed is sinking

Very terrible quality. Just purchased 6 months, the bad is sinking on one side and caused my backache. I checked other reviews, there are other people with the same issues.

Very comfy

When I sleep on it I feel very comfort and my son also like it. I want to buy another one for my son. It's not so soft, not so hard.

Something is missing

I always buy firm mattresses and have been loyal to Beautyrest, which I have bought in mattress stores, not at Macys. I bought this one as a replacement for a similar (so I thought) Beautyrest that I have loved - it was also firm. That one was also medium tier, not "black" level. This one just feels cheap, I don't know what they cut out when making this mattress for Macy's but something is not the same. I can feel my husband rolling over, and we are falling towards the middle which should not happen in a quality firm mattress with boxspring under it. We've been sleeping on it for two weeks now hoping it would get better, but we wake up with aches. The cushioning on the top is just plain hard, and not supportive. Unfortunately because of the sale I was tempted and bought this same mattress for guest room and my most recent guest admitted they didn't have a good night of sleep on it either. I am hoping to exchange.

Bed is very comfortable. And delivery and remove old bed what is an easy process. I would recommend this bed.

Excellent mattress

We love this mattress! It is bigger and firmer than our last one! Very comfortable and provides a good night sleep! I would recommend this mattress and buy it again!
