Stopped working 20 days
I am extremely saddened to say, one side of the blanket stopped working after approximately 20 days. I had researched this blanket and model for quite some time and was excited to make this purchase for myself. I’m disappointed that it no longer works after next to no use. I’m only six days outside the return/exchange window and have yet to hear anything back. I’m not looking for a refund, I would simply like to exchange this blanket for one that works.

Not worth it
We purchased this in mid-December and it was great for a few weeks but now it does not work. It heats up only about 10-15% of the blanket. Don't waste your money on this.

Perfect size for standard king mattress. Easy intuitive controls. Simple app but app is not necessary.

A great blanket
I wondered why I would want a 'smart' electric blanket, but bought this one anyway. Now I'm completely sold on it. So convenient to preheat from another room using the app, and I can adjust the temperature with a voice command. Of course, the basics of the blanket are good, too: Nice and soft, heats well.

Does not heat the same on the entire blanket. Their are hot spots and cold spots. For the $$$ not worth it. I missed my return window smh!!!!
