one control stopped working

after just 2+ years one of the controls stopped working. I don't know how to replace it. I love the heated mattress pad and feel the pad is of very nice quality, but very disappointed that it didn't last.

This product failed after 2 years

Purchased this product Fall 2023. The electrical component on one side failed and I have yet to find any discernible information on the process to contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim.

Don’t waste your $$. One controller was defective out of box. I contacted Beautyrest support. They emailed a pdf with troubleshooting details. Controller still did not work! Then told me to return to Macy’s. This is not a Macy’s problem! I (unfortunately ) had recycled packaging and unable to return. Beautyrest is sub par and their support is worse!

Cozy, warm slice of heaven

This is one of the best heated mattress pads I've owned over the last 25 years. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star is that others were designed to make the area at the bottom (feet) the warmest and gradually reduce heat on up. I think this one is the same temp all the way. Other than that I love everything about it, it is truly the nicest yet. Fits a deep mattress, the cover is superb, dual controlled and the connection for controller is tucked away in the side of the mattress vs on top.
