I was initially impressed by the appearance of this mattress topper; it seemed like it could be a great addition to my guest bed. However, once I tried sleeping on it, I was extremely disappointed. It provides no comfort or support at all. It felt like it wasn’t there. It’s the equivalent of sleeping on a napkin. This product is utterly useless and a complete waste of money. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I can’t believe this brand has anything to do with it.

Not a good purchase
The item has shed its feathers all over my mattress cover. Thank goodness I did not have a pair of darks sheets on the bed!! I had to take it to the laundromat to wash!! I was not putting it in my washer it would have taken days to get those feathers out!!

Advertised as a 4” down soft mattress topper. I received a flat topper that would hopefully fluff up after being laid out flat for 24 hrs+but did not. Cannot believe it was so different from advertised so returned.

What a disappointment
The topper is advertised as 4” but that must be when it is in the packaging because when it comes out, it’s flat! I read that it is advised to have topper lay out to achieve full loft and I did this for 48 hours and no change. I was able to readily fold the topper and return it into its original rather small packaging without effort. It’s going back!

Question on height - 3" ???
I have a question not a review. I just received it in the mail and it's not even an inch thick how do I make the topper 3 inches, do I put it in the dryer or is that impossible . It was described to be 3 inches ?? Thx PW

Hi there, great question. To add some extra loft we recommend putting through the dryer without heat and using dryer balls or tennis balls. This will help to "re-fluff" the topper. We hope this helps!

Perfect! Not too thick that it sinks in and causes back pain. But soft enough to ease hip and shoulder pain for side sleepers.
