We are sorry to hear that the mattress is not providing you with the experience you are looking for. With a new mattress it does take a few weeks for the foam to break in. Usually during this period we recommend rotating the mattress head to foot every week for the first 2-4 weeks of owning the mattress. If you still feel discomfort and are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period, we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so. We hope this helps!
