Extra Lumpy, not extra firm

I weigh 150 lbs and have used this mattress for only 5 weeks. It is already unusable on the side I have been sleeping on. The mattress is uneven and has several areas which sag 4 to 5 inches under the weight of my body. I need an extra firm mattress for my aging back and this one is simply awful. I have never had a mattress feel so uneven and unsupportive in so short a time. Macy's is sending a technician to evaluate the mattress, but I'm going to exchange it for another brand whatever their charges for returning the mattress. Worse experience with a mattress in my 67 years.

Highly Satisfied!!!

Very pleased with our purchase. We bought the Beautyrest Black as a replacement for the same mattress which was over ten years old. The new mattress has met all of our expectations. We purchased the extra firm edition and it has provided us with comfortable, restful sleep. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Worst mattress we ever purchased

This mattress was great for the first week. Then, huge dips appeared and now it feels like we are sleeping in a hole on each side. We are not big people (less than 170 lbs each) so were shocked to see this. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Sweet Dreams

I love my new mattress. It is very firm. I don't know how it will hold up since I have only had it a few weeks. It replaces another Beauty Rest that I was extremely happy with. I was glad I ordered the low profile box springs. They make the bed just the right height. A big shout out to Debra at the Mishawaka Macy's. She worked with me through this pandemic to get the right bed.

Back or Spine issues! This is your mattress!

I have been diagnosed with arthritis of spine on top of scoliosis & osteoporosis of back. Painful! I bought this mattress to help with pain & enable me a longtime overdue good night sleep. It served my purchase well! First several good nights of sleep since purchase. Whoop Whoop!

Unable to review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed and mattress were ordered with the help of an agent on April 2nd. She was delightful. After attempting to deliver and assemble twice, my mattress is leaning on the wall in the bedroom and they have yet to assemble my bed. No hardware. This is just not that difficult. Customer service is why I shop at Bloomingdale’s. I do not feel like I’ve received any rational assistance at all on this matter.
