Smells good

The package arrived on time all wrapped up but the perfume samples are empty because they leaked all over the package. It was supposed to be a little gift. Hopefully I can get the samples replaced.

This looks cheap!

I always thought Macy's never disappoints with their selections and I here for the holidays. I ordered 6 of this gift samplers for my family. On the website the description of how the sampler will look like when it arrives was very different then what I got. It came in a regular USPS box with the items wrapped in cheap tissue paper and not forget to tell the hair clutch it doesn't even do the justice of what has been represented in the website. You disappointed me this time Macy's!

Old

Don't purchase this set. All the samples are old, and the coupon expired in 2023. I purchased in Nov. 2024.

The coupon expired 2 years ago which means the products are probably that old. Also, the Lancôme juicy tube exploded and everything was sticky and gross.

Beauty box

Came wrapped in tissue paper didn't realize till I open the box had to glue the box back together as this was a gift definitely wouldn't recommend this

Beauty Boxes worse than ever

I'm sorry but I am really sick of Shampoos, Contioners, headband, hairclips and hair coils. Those always show up in my boxes. What doesn't are the Oops notifications that just about happen every other moth, sometimes back to back. I do Absolutely 💯 percent love the 2 perfume samples that we USED to get. After January's beauty box, we now get only 1. What's the deal. we also used to get everything in a makeup bag. we get plenty of Mascaras and eyeliners too. Can you perhaps receive some eyeshadow palettes even if they are Duos or Quads? that would be great since it is a Beauty Box Monthly Subscription. not hair & Skincare Boxes which is usually the norm. Even your Advertisement for May is all Skincare. Maybe a change of Management, or 2 different Monthly Beauty Boxes. One being Skincare Beauty boxes the other Genuine Beauty Boxes? Just food for thought. You might just get a greater following by re upping your game. Your Macys you can do anything it takes!!

I received the beauty package today, and I felt so upset because it was not a gift and it is small and to top it off, the hair band was missing.
