My honest review

I am very happy with my headphones will built product. It cuts the noise out. It fits very nicely has a great sound comes with a case. Also come with Courts to charge it up. I would recommend this product to everyone around the world you won’t go wrong and when you buy it through Macy’s, you’ll get a better deal and you would at any other place and it comes less than seven days so yes, I recommend this product

Do Not Buy Here!

I’m sure the product is great but the 3rd party seller is awful and so is Macys customer service when it comes to it. I purchased and I can’t get my package because the seller restricted the shipping that only I myself can sign for the package. Not my family member. So I have to sit around 24/7 to catch the FedEx man. No one at Macys cares and said it will take 5 days to contact the 3rd party. Horrible. Spend your money with a company who isn’t going to play games.

Received wrong color and it shipped late. Macy's only solution was to buy again from the same seller that would not reply to mmessages

The shipping takes way too long

I am waiting for my headphones to arrive, but it's taking a long time. I will not be ordering from Macy's online again. I never had this problem with Target or Walmart. I chose Macy's because they had them for a cheaper price than the others, but their standard shipping takes way too long for me.

Refurbished item sold as new

This item was a resale. This was not disclosed prior to purchase. It was refurbished! Someone had already activated the Apple Care a year ago. Shady!
