Never arrived !! I’m very disappointed. When I complained at Macys they told me to contact the seller directly who happens to be their 3rd party . My question is how and how !!! Because I bought it from Macys . They should be responsible for such things since we pay them. If it’s such a hassle, remove the 3rd party products from their stores.

Upon setup, they paired seamlessly with my Android device, and I was instantly notified of the battery levels for each earbud. I also had the option to view location information, ring the device, and install the companion app. The ability to ring the earbuds was particularly impressive, and as someone who frequently misplaces them, this feature has been incredibly useful. The sound is clean and balanced, while the noise-canceling feature effectively blocks out most background noise. The touch controls on the earbuds make it easy to play/pause music, adjust the volume, and take calls without any hassle. The battery life is remarkable, lasting up to 18 hours on a single charge. Although they don’t come with a charger, the earbuds conveniently charge within the case via a USB-C cable. My only minor issue is that they protrude slightly, which affects their comfort for me. However, they do come with four different ear tip sizes to ensure a better fit for various ear shapes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of my Beats Solo Buds, and I use them all the time!

Sounds not clear and don't fit or stay in place

They are comfortable to the ear and I cannot hear anything while in my ear I’m in love the noise cancellation is amazing! They hold charge for a very long time! Run and get yourself a pair !
