DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!

I ordered this necklace (and one other) online not realizing it was from a third party seller. I returned it well within the time frame, but never received a refund. When i contacted Macys I was told they emailed the third party seller and I needed to wait for a response. None came. I contacted Macys again. I was told that the seller told them that I did not return the item or the wrong item was in the box. NOT TRUE. I have my UPS tracking number stating the item was "received on the dock" Apparently that is useless. Macys told me I needed to take it up with the seller. The number given to me for the seller is not correct and Macys can not provide me with another number. This is insane. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had my Macys credit card for over 25 years after today I will be canceling this as well. It is only $168 but for the frustration it has caused, it may as well have been $1000. Besides all this it is tiny and ugly.
