1 Star because of fit

I purchased this shoe as a birthday gift for myself. Tried it on, and put it back in box. Wore it for the first time in November almost two months later. The shoe is my size, but when I walk in them my heel comes out! It is almost impossible to walk in them. I missed the return window so now I am stuck with them!

Terrible shoes, not wearable

Heels keep slipping!

I’m not sure if it’s just my foot, but I wear heels like this daily to work and my heels keep slipping out of the shoes. It’s a little terrifying. I’m not sure if sizing down would work or if that would be super uncomfortable, but I’m googling solutions, because they’re pretty shoes!
