Beautiful shoe, not so great fit

Was excited to receive these shoes but ended up disappointed. The strap that goes over your toes and up your foot was too wide and loose. Did not feel very stable to walk around in. There is also no real support and don’t think I could wear these for longer than maybe an hour.
