didn't receive the item

Very disappointed. I ordered two blankets one pink and other grey. I did not get the grey one. I had tried to contact customer service without any success.

Only received two out of six blankets!

These blankets are absolutely beautiful. However, I placed an order on the 26 November 2023 for six blankets. I’ve only received two out of six. I’ve contacted Macy’s Customer Service numerous times and I’ve yet to receive my four other blankets. It appears that I will have to contact Macy’s Corporate Office. All I want is my four blankets that I have not received. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts.
