Definitely not

I bought a rug that I love from Rugs.com, then bought the pad to make it “stay in place”. The pad did NOT prevent the rug from moving all over my ceramic tile. Do NOT recommend.

the rug pad I use for all of my rugs

This rug pad stays in place and doesn't move. It is EXACTLY the size of the rug I bought it for, so I'll have to trim it down a little bit, but it rolled out nicely and provides a good cushion for standing upon.

sticks to the floor - but not to the rug

This is a great feeling pad but the rug slips around on top of it so I always have to straighten it out. However I like the plush feeling and it definitely sticks to the floor
