I wanted to love this

I so wanted to love this and was thrilled when it came back in stock for me to order. The colors are exactly true to the picture, and it is very soft. However, it is thin - more of a decorative piece than a functional one and worse, it continually sheds. Surprisingly, after washing, there was not much lint left in the washer or dryer; however, it sheds so much daily, and I find clumps of the shed on my clothes and all over the house. Unfortunately, I missed the return window.

The throw is colorful in the packaging.

I washed this alone & on the gentle/hand-wash cold cycle. The fabric just came apart & is all over the place. I have it drying by air under a supported rocker. I'm quite disappointed in this one. I also ordered this on a Saturday and paid extra for 2 business days shipping, only to get it Friday evening. It was the last item that arrived 5 business days later. I don't know what would fix this situation. I really want my money back or an exchange for something that is the same price, as this thing is WAY too overly priced. I will never be able to use this throw due to the constant itchy fabric shedding.
