Arrived Frayed And Store Couldnt Accept Return

Rug was lovely and arrived in a timely manner and was extremely well packaged. But when we unrolled it, it was already frayed on one edge. I returned it to my local Macy's, as the online return policy says I can do, but they couldn't take it because they don't sell furniture at that location. Nothing on the website says that until you get well into the return process, meaning if you think you're buying something online from Macy's for the ease of return you might be wrong. Had to find some heavy plastic and a lot of tape to package up the rug (not easy for a 68 yo) and take it to UPS. Not shopping for rugs at Macy's ever again. It's a shame because the rug was lovely.
