Disappointed

My TravelPro finally died and after everything good I'd heard about B&R, I was excited to make the investment and try it. Unfortunately, I've been really disappointed after only three trips. Pros: The flat bottom in the main compartment, the expanding mechanism for condensing down once fully packed and zipped up. Cons: The telescoping handle seems flimsy and wiggles around. The extra compartments inside are extremely tight and can't really hold much of anything. The wheels made a LOT of noise right out of the box. Slightly better on carpet, but just very loud in general. The larger laptop pocket on the outside isn't nearly as protected as the one on my TravelPro was. This might work for someone who doesn't travel that often, but as someone who travels weekly for work, I'm considering just spending the money to get my TravelPro repaired and switch back to that.
