Nice with a bit of work

Beartraps placed a label/sticker on the inside of the shoe. The stitching is raised and can be felt easily. Removed the sticker covering the tiny heel pad and felt better. Second, used a lighter to soften the top of the mule on the inside. The stitching right at the entrance is a bit abrasive. After that, shoes will be perfect for comfortable wear with pants and jeans.

Styrofoam

I walked four blocks to get to work and the heel sunk! The inside of the wrapped heel is made from Styrofoam, it cracked and sunk, so disappointed, now I know why the shoe is so lightweight.
