Warm and really pretty but sizing is off

Okay I ordered two other coats from this line and wear an 8 in both - swimming in those actually…but they do shrink when washed This coat, however, I ordered an 8 and it was too tight across the back so returned and ordered a 10 The 10 came today and, it’s the same across the back! The sleeves are short when arms are extended and I’m confused There isn’t a 12 available to order from macys The only part that seems to have more room is the chest area The coat seems to be very warm as are the other two but not sure if I should keep it or try to order a different size 10 in case this one is not made correctly It’s almost like the back part of it is an 8 and the front is a 10? Weird I like it so I may order a different 10 to see if this is just a 1- off
