Sadly disappointed granddaughter

I need to advise you that as a result of your failure I had to console a very unhappy 2 year old granddaughter today. I ordered the Barbie package as below and requested it be gift wrapped with a personalised message. However on opening by my little granddaughter, we were shocked to find a Ken surfer inside. Clearly I could not have pre inspected the item as it was wrapped. The packaging was torn up in the process so the item cannot be easily returned. I request that you either refund the full amount or send me the correct item by return
