I placed an order on November 7, 2803534041 and years ago it appeared that it was already in the store but they never sent me the gmail to pick it up and I went to complain and they said nothing that I had to wait for the gmail to arrive to pick it up and it didn't arrive and yesterday It appeared wud the item had been returned and I never returned or canceled anything because of your lack of ethics!!!!

Box is damaged it was put in one box with a heavier item, this is a collector edition and was not handled with care. They sell out quickly and cannot be replaced and shipped with a snow globe on top
