Cute but runs small

Bought for my 5yr old granddaughter and it was too small almost for a 2yr toddler

size wrong as advertised

it says girls size 6 I got a baby size jacket for a 3 year old be careful when ordering

Poor Customer Service

Placed an order for 3 items exactly the same, eta December 21, 2024. Upon arrival I come to find out only 2 out of the 3 items were delivered. When contacting them they had no sense of urgency as it was a Christmas gift. For my luck I have to go and buy one of my twins something different as my two other daughters will fall in love with their jackets. It’s hard to explain to a 7 year old that it’s arriving a week later. Macys said it was the third party vendors fault, they were quick to wash their hands and kick the bucket down the road. Disappointed as I’ve been a customer of Macy’s for 20 plus years. 80 to 90 percent of the time I purchase clothes for the family, gifts, or event prizes. Thanks Macys!

Package never arrived

I was dying for this to arrive before Christmas. But package never arrived. I have contact seller many times. It’s so disappointing, after spending so much in a kids jacket. I have contacted Macys too. Next I’ll contact my bank to cancel the transaction.
