Favorite purchase-from a partially blind person
I love the Barbie’s that represent those with disabilities. Barbie is an iconic line with so much influence to girls and women all over the world. When I lost part of my vision I felt lost and alone. Seeing a Barbie doll with the same affliction makes me feel like there’s hope to bring awareness and representation to all🩷

Opening eyes to new window
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie's front of box has braille on it. My little one started asking why and what was braille. This Barbie opened a series of questions. All good questions. Opened a new window of thinking and understanding. Good job Mattel!

Love the Inclusivity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie is very gorgeous and has a fashionable outfit. This is a great way to teach children about inclusion, diversity, and also about people with different abilities. This Barbie gave my daughter the opportunity to learn people who have vision loss or are blind. She learned about the benefits of a cane and sunglasses. This is her favorite Barbie at the moment, and she absolutely loves her outfit and hair.

Mommy is a Barbie too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I nearly cried when I learned there was a Barbie with a white cane. I have retinitis pigmentosa and have lost the majority of my vision and need the assistance of a cane. I’m the only person with limited vision that my little girl knows. So imagine her surprise to learn that her mommy wasn’t the only blind person in the world (no matter how many times I tell her I am not lol) and there is a Barbie who needs the assistance of a cane (and the people who love her) too. Thank you so much for thinking of EVERYONE when creating dolls. Representation really does matter.

Best Barbie Doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the doll was good except for we couldn’t figure out how to keep her walking stick in her hand. She was trying to walk the doll but the walking stick kept falling off out of her hand .
