Sent used merchandise

The Barbie that was sent to me was an obvious return as the doll inside was the wrong doll. I think it’s highly unprofessional to send used goods to people that believe they are ordering brand new unused items. This was my first time ordering from Macys and will be my last.

Beautiful doll. Exactly what I was looking for. Macy’s Toys R Us came to the rescue when I was searching for her. I just wish the supply was better so I could have gotten more. A full Toys R Us store would be nice in my area.

The Odile everybody wants!

If you're not a Barbie collector, you might not know Odile. Odile is the name of this adorable face that has been taking the world by storm in the last few years. This set is notable for having a doll with the side-eye, also sought after. The clothes are not all that cute, but the pink boots, jacket, and silver skirt are worth having. This doll has the pixelated shiny face seen in other Fashionistas. Other than the mermaids, Odile is generally a collector doll with a quality face screening, so it's disappointing.
