Absolutely Beautiful Bubble-Hem Dress!

I worn this for my anniversary dinner with my husband and I received so many compliments! It's a must have. I purchased a large (true to my size); I wore boy-shorts underneath (due to the size of my butt LOL).

Fashion Seeker
