Up a notch leather skirt

I love this skirt. The only reason I gave it a 4 is I’m not a fan of elastic waists. Not too short. While faux leather, doesn’t feel fake. The pleats makes it different from most leather skirts. Wore it with sneakers which made it casual and then threw on cowboy boots for a concert.
