Poor quality -- Had to Return

The construction quality of this vest is extremely poor. I put it on the first time and noticed a 1-inch split in one of the side seams. On closer inspection, the tie on the back was also about to come loose on one side. For the price of this item, I expected much better -- especially from Macy's! I was able to return the item for a full refund.
