Horrible Order Experience

I ordered these shoes on 2/16 to be shipped to store and never received for an important event. Today is 2/27 and I was informed the item was lost in shipment. Macys customer service is the worst!!! I received conflicting/incorrect information every time I called regarding the status of my order. Get it together Macys!

They were waiting for me!!

My sister snd decided to do some a bit of shopping! We walked into Macy's and this pair of shoes were on the rack all alone! They were sleek, beautiful, strappy, complete with bling, MY size and not to mention marked down to an amazing price!!! Love them!!!
