Awful shipping ruins Easter

Been almost two weeks and still haven't received them. These was for an Easter Sunday. Could not wear the new dress without them. When they ever arrive l will be returning them along with the dress since Easter was last Sunday. These was ordered a week before Easter

Poor Quality

The left shoe was different that the right shoe. The right shoe has a tighter toe box causing discomfort on the top of right foot. Poorly made, which given the fact that it's Bandolino, is surprising. I think the quality has suffered over the years.

Please, can you tell to the manufacturer to make same shoes but round toe? I loved the color, texture, fabric, is extra super nice cute delicate but not all of us has doll’s feet. Thank you!!! Is only a small change: leave everything the same except change pointed to round toe

Do not order dark blue 8.5

I have never tried so hard to get a pair of blue shoes. I ordered twice and rec the wrong color. Called customer service a few times and with no success, I don’t have dark blue shoes. In 8.5 dark blue you get blue,green and black instead….every time. First return in store guy was so rude he threw the box across the floor. Second return through customer service with no success. The supervisor was like a robot in the conversation. They still have this available online but I refuse to order it again. Good luck
